Booking Procedure: Groups of 20 or more may book retreats year-round with the exception of July and August. Bookings for less than 20 people will be considered within 12 weeks of the planned event. Grounds will be shared with other groups. Exclusive bookings can be requested (pending space available). An exclusive booking assumes that all facilities are booked and has a minimum number of 145 guests.
Minimum Attendance: A minimum number of guests is set for each rental group. This number is set according to accommodation booked by the group. Only paying guests who stay at least one night count toward minimum numbers. If your group does not meet the minimum number, you will be charged a percentage of the fee for the those guests that did not attend. The percentage is determined by numbers and facilities.
| Large Group Discounts: Applies to full and part-time retreaters, providing they stay for at least one night and minimum attendance requirement is met. Discount applies to package rate only. Children age 0-4 do not count towards total numbers. | 60 - 90 in attendance

Deposit: A completed application form and deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable to another date or group.
Smoking & Alcohol Policy: All our buildings and woods are non-smoking areas. Smoking is allowed in the north parking lot ONLY. There is a $25 smoking fee for each infraction. A no alcohol policy is in effect at ALL times.
