Current Openings: Male & Female Impact Leader
These positions are volunteer with all expenses paid.
 
Purpose: Impact staff are responsible for delivering programming and training to the Impact students. They are also responsible for the Impact community stability and positive atmosphere. They are there to encourage, mentor and disciples the Impact Students. Of course we do encourage them to provide a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
 
Accountability: We are also looking for staff that can commit to a full year contract. This is the best way to really discover your position and give you all to the students.

Commitment:
- Staff Training in the 3rd weekend of September
- Every 3rd weekend for the Impact seminars
- 6 Week mission trip in May-June
- This is a volunteer position; however, all expenses will be covered.

Qualifications:
1. Have a mature, personal commitment to Jesus Christ as evidenced in their daily life.
2. Proven ability to lead and inspire individuals
3. Able to inspire others with the gospel
4. Willingness to serve the student and programs necessities
5. Able to develop and lead Inspirational times
6. Ability to communicate effectively with the various people involved in the program
7. College or University degree or 2 or more years ministry experience
8. Flexible with work hours as required to fulfill duties.
9. Able to accept and present Christian theology to students, teaching of attitudes of service, emphasis on peace and justice, importance of Christian community
10. Desire for overseas experiences to developing countries

Responsibility:
1. Mentor Students: meet with them one-on-one during the weekend, as well as lead a small group of students. You will also have the opportunity to sit in on sessions so you can be a guide to the students as well.
2. Leadership Team: work closely with other leaders.
3. Administration: Plan and book events or trips as a team, keep track of finances in an organized fashion
4. Leadership:
    a. Lead and guides through the process, especially on the overseas experience.
    b. Assist in sessions and training on various camping skills (mountain biking, climbing, high ropes, etc.)
    c. Encourage the students, provide necessary structure
    d. Facilitate some sessions, team building activities and other outdoor activities
5. Personal Care: it is important that you take care of yourself spiritually, emotionally, physically, mentally, and socially.
