JOB TITLE: Summer Program Director
DESCRIPTION: The summer program director at Camp Arnes is responsible for the overall execution of Camp Arnes’ 12 week summer ministry. The summer program director oversees all facets our summer ministry from program execution to staff enrichment to finance and the administrative side of ministry. Normally these types of positions are reserved for full time camping ministry professionals only, but we at Camp Arnes believe in giving the right young leader an unparalleled opportunity like this to help them grow into the next level of leadership. Our experienced senior executive staff will work and walk alongside our summer program director during what will surely be a unique and growing experience.

JOB TITLE: Integrations Coordinator
DESCRIPTION: The integrations coordinator at Camp Arnes is responsible for the overall execution of Camp Arnes’ 11 week youth integrations ministry. The integrations coordinator works closely with administrative and front line staff from SMD (Society of Manitobans with Disabilities) and other agencies to successfully integrate guests with disabilities into the rhythm of summer life at Camp Arnes. The integrations coordinator is also a member of our summer staff council which together oversees the entire summer ministry program.

DESCRIPTION: One of the best things about summer is getting to jump in the lake or splash about the pool after long hard day of fun. We are looking for someone who understands this refreshing concept to take our waterfront coordinator position this summer. The primary role of the waterfront coordinator is to oversee all waterfront and pool activities for our summer ministry. DESCRIPTION: When most people are having fun, they’re usually singing, that’s why we take our musical worship pretty seriously round here at Camp Arnes. Our famed “wigwam” stage is looking for a voice to lead over thirteen hundred kids in songs to and about God. Our worship leader champions honest and authentic music as well as having a knack for professionalism and fun. Our worship leader is also responsible for the overall execution of our staff enrichment ministries as well as working closely with our tuck, media and worship staff to oversee its summer operations to successful completion. DESCRIPTION: Nothing tops off a great time like a radio blaring great music, that’s why we take don’t take our A/V and radio station (CAR FM 98.5) for granted here at Camp Arnes. Our radio A/V technician is responsible for programming our radio broadcasts as well as managing the A/V needs in our daily wigwams and our Saturday morning parents program.
